I love my Lovense Hush 2 in the size medium. It has 1.75 inches of diameter to provide a good stretch and a powerful vibration motor to help you reach orgasm. The Nu Sensuelle Mini Plug boasts 3 Different vibrating speeds, along with 12 Different pulsing and vibrating patterns, for a total of 15 total different play modes. While some of the pulsing and buzzing patterns are better than others, all of them bring some level of delight and pleasure. The smaller sleek design is made for comfort, but the length isn't quite enough to fully reach the prostate and give it that "Oh yeah!" factor. One of the bigger downsides, at least in my humble opinion, is the total battery length. This small device takes almost two hours to fully charge, and lasts anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes depending on which patterns or how intense of a vibration you decide. The one button design is easy to use, but you have to constantly press the button to cycle through each pattern, making it a little difficult to find the right pattern, as you have to keep cycling through, and have to completely cycle through and shut it off to start cycling through all over again. The flared base helps to make sure it doesn't get lost in your nether regions, however the rather skinny design doesn't help keep it in place, and often times I have had to reinsert it because the pattern or vibration caused it to slip out. The device itself isn't all together that loud, but can become louder with some of the more intense vibration and patterns. All in all this is a perfect little device for beginners, that is sure to delight for what it is.

I wish I could recommend these. They’re so cute, the texture is unique and stimulating, and the diamond on the tail is sexy. However, they’re definitely not a beginner butt plug, and as someone who’s familiar with anal toys, I wouldn’t choose these. The main issue is that the stem of the plug isn't tapered and is very small. Designers do this to ensure a snug fit for the plug. Given that there are three size options included in this kit, I don’t think a snug fit is a problem at all, which makes this design choice feel careless more than anything. No tapering on the stem means they glide in smoothly since the head is your typical shape, but they stretch you suddenly on the way out because the area resting in your entrance is considerably smaller than the end of the plug. So, if you’re just starting out with anal play, these will probably be an uncomfortable way to start. If they were silicone, they’d have a little more give and be gentler on the body. Metal is a hard medium to begin with and requires some time and practice to get used to. If you’re really comfortable with anal play and have used similar plugs, these might be great for you - ignore my issues with the stem design. My worry would be that a beginner would tear or get turned off from backdoor play entirely by them. Overall, I don't recommend these, but you know your body better than anyone.

I want to love the Irohna Zen Matcha so much that it’s hard to come to a verdict. There is a lot to love. The top is super plush, soft silicone that molds to your body and conducts vibrations better than tightly wrapped silicone. Its ridges are a perfect added element of texture, spicing up your session. Plus, those ridges, the bulbous shape, and the color all reference a matcha wand–truly, it’s a toy after my own heart. It’s even my favorite color! The biggest thing it’s missing is one or two more notches of power. The Matcha has 3 intensity settings and one extra pattern, so it goes low, medium, high, then pattern. The Womanizer Pro 40 was the first suction toy that we got for our collection and it was a favorite from the get go. The fact that it doesn't have pattern variations is not a con for us and the simplicity and ease of use makes it perfect for beginners and those new to this type of toy. Although suction toys can be 'too much' if you are sensitive, we did not find this to be so with the Pro 40. The suctions are rumbly and start off low enough that even for a sensitive person, this was easy to scale up a level or two from the get go. This toy is more on the weightier side and it is larger than we originally expected, but don't get me wrong, this is no downside as the size makes it easy to hold and the shape makes it easy to use with fingers, other insertable vibrators/toys or can be used with penetration too which makes for some fun times. All in all, this toy is a good purchase and one that we as a couple would 110% recommend to anyone out there. It is a premium toy made from premium materials and it is not 'cheap' but not too expensive either. We do feel, however, that at this price point they could at least include a bag... (pro tip: you can use this on your man too. lube up and place it on and around the frenulum. Mind blowing...)

The Fleshlight Go Torque comes in a slightly smaller size compared to the full size Fleshlight series. Not as compact as the Quickshot, but right in-between to provide a Goldilocks size (for most).
